Overview

Nicole joined BC&C in 2023 having gained a law degree from the University of Hong Kong the previous year followed by completion of her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University, where she received a Dean’s List award. During her studies she served as Vice-President of the Asian Law Students’ Association HKU for 12 months, was certified by the Clooney Foundation for Justice as an international human rights trial monitor, and created a social media platform dedicated to helping university students build their commercial awareness.

Further, her work experience during this period included spells with local law firms and a barristers’ chambers, plus time spent as a case worker with an NGO, assisting underserved clients with legal issues regarding such matters as immigration, labour, paternity and maintenance.

Nicole was raised and schooled in Vietnam where she received the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award and co-founded The Giving Tree, a student-led children’s charity organisation. She speaks conversational Vietnamese in addition to English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
