Hong Kong, 23 December 2022: Global legal services provider Ally Law is delighted to welcome four new member firms, strengthening its presence in Europe and Central America. The arrivals underscore the successful work being carried out by Ally Law’s Expansion Committee, chaired by Boase Cohen & Collins Senior Partner Colin Cohen.
Hayes solicitors is a full-service Irish firm, based in Dublin and founded in 1840. The firm has 68 lawyers and is ranked by Chambers Europe 2022 in Disputes, Healthcare Disputes, Professional Discipline Disputes, Employment, Real Estate, and TMT Media. The firm has already handled many referrals on behalf of Ally Law members.
Hroncek & Partners is a Slovakian firm with 11 lawyers, headquartered in Bratislava and founded by Robert Hroncek some 10 years ago. Legal 500 rated the firm as “One to Watch for Commercial, Corporate, M+A.”
ACZALAW Nicaragua has 10 lawyers and is based in Managua. The firm is ranked by Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America in Corporate Law and IP. Sister firm ACLAZAW Honduras, meanwhile, has offices in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula and is also rated in Corporate Law by Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America.
“With these four firms on board, Ally Law now has 80 members in total, furthering our excellent global coverage and enhancing the range of services we can offer clients,” says Colin.
“The easing of the pandemic is allowing our organisation to thrive and here at BC&C we are playing a full part in this renewed activity. We had delegates attend the recent European and Asia Pacific Regional Meetings while three of our young lawyers have just joined the Ally Law Future Leaders programme.
“We look forward to meeting our new colleagues and, of course, many old friends at the next AGM in Sydney in March.”
BC&C is Hong Kong’s sole member of Ally Law, a worldwide grouping of independent law firms which acts as a referral network and provides comprehensive legal services to major corporations.
