Hong Kong, 2 August 2024: Our Associate Jasmine Kwong is delivering a series of lectures to insurance executives as part of an educational programme organised by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
The talks are integral to the CII’s Learning Enhanced and Development (LEAD) programme, designed to equip insurance and financial practitioners with core knowledge of the industry and further develop their understanding of insurance contract law, insurance business, and finance and risk management.
In her first presentation, delivered at HKUSPACE in Admiralty, Jasmine spoke about “Insurance Law: Legal Principles and Insurance Contracts”. She will conduct two more talks in the coming weeks.
Says Jasmine: “Here at Boase Cohen & Collins, we are recognised for our rapidly growing insurance and personal injury practice. Naturally, we are delighted to accept the invitation from the CII to pass on our knowledge and experience to course participants. We hope they will find the lectures helpful.”
It is the second year in a row that BC&C has assisted the CII in delivering its programme after Partner Arthur Chan spoke to participants last November.
The CII is a professional body dedicated to building public trust in the insurance and financial planning profession. With 122,000 members and offices in Hong Kong, Dubai and London, it has an established global presence and works closely with many affiliated insurance institutes around the world. The Hong Kong branch provides members in the region with technical and networking events in addition to the benefits and services extended to all members.
